Planning for Camp 18

Well seeing as how this forum is an epic failure I am just going to use this as a place to get my ideas in writing.

So ideas I have for the cruise:
-Get vendor involvment (DJM and HM motorsports are onboard already) and am going to contact BVA and the werkstat
-Awards for craziest themed car, lowest car, farthest distance traveled
-Raffle prizes
-Some quality t-shirts for the cruise
-More organized reservations for the hotels
-You must participate in the buffet to be eligable for prizes
-Buffet is prepay only well atleast for the head count we tell them.

If anyone happens to read this you can make some suggestions if you wish.
